Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 1 January 2025

  1. Orders can be cancelled before confirmation by the merchant without any charge.

  2. Once an order is confirmed or preparation has started, cancellation may not be allowed.

  3. If an order is cancelled due to merchant unavailability or delivery issues, a refund will be processed where applicable.

  4. In cases of significant delay, ChopChop may allow cancellation at its discretion.

  5. All cancellation requests must be made through the ChopChop app or platform.

  6. ChopChop reserves the right to make the final decision on cancellations in accordance with this policy and applicable laws.
